For everyone's safety - From 13 November
At our holiday park, we take various measures to protect you and our staff. In doing so, we follow the guidelines of the RIVM and the government. So you can enjoy your stay safely and without worries.
General measures
- We keep as much as possible 1.5 metres distance from each other.
- We like to greet each other, but this at a distance and don't shake hands.
- We regularly wash our hands with soap. There are also disinfection columns in several places.
- We sneeze and cough in our elbow.
- We wear a mouth mask in public indoor areas such as the reception.
Checking in and out
- Come with a maximum of 1 person per accommodation to the reception to check in and out (no companion/group/family).
Your accommodation
- As always, we clean your holiday home. In this day and age we do it even more thoroughly. Think about airing your stay before arrival, using a new cloth for each room and disinfecting all surfaces and contact points, such as door handles, handles and light buttons.
- In order to protect our cleaning staff, we ask you to remove the white bed linen yourself upon departure and to put it in the pillowcase. Rented towels can also be put in there.
All facilities
- In all indoor public areas it is compulsory to wear a face mask.
- You can only pay with a PIN number, preferably contactless. This avoids hand contact.
- Many facilities have a plastic screen. This way, our staff can talk to you in a safe way.
Eating & Drinking
- Our catering facilities and terraces are open. In all catering establishments in the Netherlands, you are required to show a corona admission ticket when you are 13 or older. From the age of 14, the use of the corona ticket must be verified together with the identity document. You have a corona access card if you have been fully vaccinated, have a valid recovery certificate or have a negative test result that is no more than 24 hours old. You can retrieve your corona entry ticket with the Dutch Coronacheck app or that of your country.
- Our snack bars are open for take-away food. We also deliver meals to your holiday home.
- In the Netherlands, the catering industry closes at 20:00. Take-away remains possible afterwards.
Bike rental
- We recommend to book the bikes as much as possible in advance. You can pick up your pre-booked bikes outside, our staff will show you where to pick up the key(s).
- We can only advise you remotely about, for example, the correct height of the saddle.
Indoor playgrounds
- Indoor playgrounds are open.
- For the indoor playgrounds we ask you to show your QR code as a corona entrance ticket.
Outdoor Playgrounds
- Playing in an outdoor playground is always at your own risk. We ask parents to supervise their children from a distance.
- If your child is ill, he or she is not allowed to play on the playground. Please contact reception for further action.
- Clean hands are important! Therefore all children must wash/disinfect their hands at the entrance.
Swimming pools
- The Dutch swimming pools are open. Reservation is not necessary. As of Saturday, November 6, guests 13 years of age or older must present a coronagraph with vaccination, recovery or test certificate at the entrance of the pool. You can use the Dutch Coronacheck app or that of your country to retrieve the corona admission ticket.Safe stay Measures at the park
